Layers of the Land—Landscape Art Now Available
It’s with excitement and so much anticipation that I share with you an intimate look at Layers of the Land, a collection of earth pigment drawings that have graced my studio for the past few months.
I look at them and can’t help but feel the deep earth — each one created with earth pigments slowly transformed into carre sticks, and you can feel them pull you in.
The mountains tell stories.
They capture time — creating records of the land and the people.
They grow and erode.
They stand stoic.
And they are patient.
