Art Print FAQs

  • All orders are pre-orders, and are fulfilled on demand to limit waste.

    When ordering artwork, please do so with patience. Items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage mail with a tracking number. Once your item has shipped, you can expect your order within 2-10 business days. If you require items sooner, please email me at laurensauderstudio@gmail.com.

    You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order. You will receive a shipping notification email when your order ships. If you have not received a shipping notification, it means your package has not shipped, and I am working on your order.

  • Unfortunately, at this time, I only offer shipping to North America (USA and Canada).

  • All sales are final. I am an artist and I do not offer refunds for artwork.

  • Please email laurensauderstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible with images and a description of what happened. I will do my best to replace your order quickly.

  • Art prints ship rolled to avoid transit damage.

    Upon receipt, you can place your art print immediately in a frame. Or you can lay it flat for 24 hours.

  • Please place orders carefully, and double-check you enter the correct shipping address. Replacing artwork is expensive.

  • Nope. I create artwork intentionally. I hope you like them as is!

  • All artwork is the sole property of Lauren Sauder and is held under her copyright. Please ask for consent if you would like to collaborate, license my artwork, or repost my work to digital platforms.
