Find Guidance and Growth in Your Creative Practice

Each year, I open my studio to budding artists looking for guidance and growth in their creative practice. The artist mentorship program grew out of my passion for sharing creativity with others, and this coming year it is structured to be extra special.

Blog Post to help you find Guidance and Growth in Your Creative Practice

Previously, artist mentorships took place in three individual 1-hour sessions. The span of the sessions was determined by the student. However, I saw the opportunity to help make long-term goals, provide more structure, and have continued conversations throughout the full year. My vision is to help you build a foundation and work towards establishing a habitual creative practice.

In 2022, through quarterly consultation calls, I will mentor you one-on-one so you can grow confidence in your process and discover your version of success. Our rich dialogue will meet your curiosities to help you experience full immersion, learning, and development. You’ll find your artistic voice and experience authentic growth in both your practice and business.

The artist mentorship program is designed for two different levels of artists. The first is the emerging artist who is unsure how to define their artistic style and monetize their skill. You have probably dabbled in art for around a year, and you’re now looking for a road map and an inside look at how other artists do it. The second is the intermediate artist who wants to establish their portfolio of work and share it with consistency. You have probably practiced art for 2-4 years (either full-time or part-time), and you are now looking for real growth and expansion in your studio and business.

The Artist Mentorship program will provide you continuous support to:

  • Find and define your artistic style

  • Establish a consistent practice alongside other responsibilities (like working full-time or being a parent)

  • Create and curate bodies of work

  • Build a comprehensive and diverse portfolio of work

  • Establish a year-long calendar that meets your pace and goals

  • Financial planning and monetization

  • Ask questions as they arise

  • Troubleshoot challenges unique to artists

I have just one spot remaining in 2022. If you are looking for increased support to work towards your studio goals, you can learn more about artist mentorships here. I also created a free workbook to help provide sustainability and abundance to your creative practice. Enter your email below and I’ll send it straight to your inbox.
