the collection—gather
Deep Within and These Dry Winds individually tell the story of personal growth and profound appreciation. I get a sense of nostalgia when I get lost in the landscape rendered in Deep Within. This picture came at a time when I surrendered to discovery and leaned into my own growth - as an artist and as a human. These Dry Winds capture a culmination - the beauty - of experiencing togetherness. Standing still. Finding a presence. Letting nature dance its magic - the sand in the wind on your skin. Gradually, the grass mirrored its gathering. Together, they offer a reminder of the magic of recollections and togetherness.
