We're excited to partner with you to place, pack, and ship your order! To help make ordering simple, you can shop our wholesale line and place your order through our wholesale portal. To gain access, please fill out our wholesale form. Please note, if you shop through our portal you will be charged at the time the order is placed. PLacing your order
Orders can be placed by email or through our wholesale portal.

$150 USD minimum for opening orders.
$100 USD minimum for re-orders.
We accept payment by credit card or PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of shipment unless order is placed through our wholesale portal. Orders placed through our wholesale portal are charged at the time your order is placed.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please plan on adding 10% to your total order for shipping and handling. Orders are shipped with a tracking number using the most economical shipping carrier based on weight of package and final destination. Delivery times will vary depending on delivery location. Studio Ease is not responsible for any carrier delays. All orders ship from our studio in Nashville, TN.
Turn Around Time
Our typical turnaround time is 1-3 weeks from your order confirmation. Please contact us regarding your delivery date or order status if you have any questions or concerns.
Display + Packaging
Prior to delivery, each piece is inspected and packaged safely for delivery. Please note that due to the nature of some of our handmade pieces, there may be slight variations between pieces. All of our products are packaged for retail and must be displayed and sold in its original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up.
Cancellations, Returns + Exchanges
We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours of order will be issued a restocking fee at 20% of the total deducted from your order. Incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported by email within 3 business days of receipt. Incorrect items must be postmarked within 5 business days of reporting. If you receive damaged goods please contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
